The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for Supervisor
to join a local government civil construction project
based in Yanchep. This short-term, full-time casual
role starts mid-August and is ideal for an experienced site supervisor looking for a meaningful 6-week project.
Rate: $61.36 per hour + Super
Monday to Friday, 38 hrs/week (Casual)
Project Duration: 18 August – 26 September (6 weeks)
Project: Fire Access Track Construction – Site-Based Supervision
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site
- Supervise labour crews and coordinate site resources
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Liaise with project managers and council representatives
- Assist in pre-construction planning and early site setup
- Monitor work progress, quality, and site efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supervising civil works (roads, tracks, drainage)
- WA C Class Driver’s Licence
- White Card – Construction Induction
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read plans and manage time-critical works
- Physically fit and reliable for site-based supervision
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening
