  • ASAP start

  • 3 months with possible extension - likely extensions so this role requires permanent residency / no visa restrictions

  • $44 - 48 + Super hour depending on experience

  • Working in Como full time office hours Monday - Fridays (no WFH options for this one)
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and manage documentation accurately.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and general office software

Key Responsibilities
 
This role focuses on supporting the team with administrative and claims processing tasks.

  • Data entry and document management for disaster recovery claims.
  • Uploading and tracking financial records and claim documentation.
  • Draft Communication for following up with stakeholders to request missing or clarifying documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and summaries for internal use.
  • Maintaining claim registers and compliance checklists.
  • Supporting the broader Recovery Funding Team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
