Duties:
Brand Strategy
Assist with the development and maintenance of Brand Strategy, Brand Playbook (style guide) and its components.
Assist with brand governance by maintaining the policies, processes, and guidelines required to maintain a strong brand and mitigate the risk of brand or reputational damage.
Marketing Program
Assist with the development and implementation of campaign strategies, creative campaigns, connections architecture (known as channel plans) and media plans for the interstate, intrastate international markets.
Assist with the delivery of content in digital media such as paid search, media data partnerships, paid social campaigns, and retargeting campaigns.
Assist with stakeholder management to manage the translation of destinations and experiences into the WA Brand Strategy.
Collaborate with the Events team to promote events as a key driver of visitation.
Support the Director Brand and Marketing’s contribution to relevant plans and strategies.
Support Brand and Marketing executions to ensure alignment with the Brand Strategy and Brand Playbook.
Project Management
Draft project plans, timelines, internal brief, tracking budgets, processing documents, organising meetings and providing administrative support.
Performance Reporting and Optimisation
Assist in the delivery of performance reports.
Procurement and Contract Management
Assist with the management of major contracts with third-party suppliers, ensuring sound governance, service delivery, value for money and budget management.
Team Support
Assist the Director Brand and Marketing in managing the operating budgets for the Brand and Marketing team.
Contribute to an optimistic, collaborative, open-minded team environment.
