We have a client in West Perth who often calls on Integrity to fill Reception positions on an ad-hoc basis.
This work suits someone who wants part time work but doesn't need a regular roster / Just likes bits and pieces here and there and is flexible on their availability.
It suits people who are semi-retired and travelling or students who need bits and pieces and can be flexible with their availability.
The role is corporate reception;
- Answering calls / taking messages
- Logging correspondence into TRIM
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Collecting mail
- Data entry
Required:
- Recent NPC within 6 months old
- Reception / Customer service / Admin experience
You will be warm and welcoming with lovely customer service skills. You will be dealing with people from all walks of life and will be able to adapt. You will be well presented and reliable.
If you have State Government TRIM experience that is a bonus!
- $45 + Super hour
- Monday - Fridays 9am - 5pm
- West Perth (no parking, but close to public transport)
