Summary of position

· Payroll, Purchasing & Sales Administration in Xero
Oversee payroll, purchasing, and sales processes, ensuring all payments are made and received on time. Maintain control and reconciliation of company credit cards.
· Records Management
Ensure all company records are accurately maintained, compliant, and kept up to date.
· IT Management
Manage all IT requirements, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, and data backups. Liaise with external IT support providers to resolve issues efficiently.
· Communications & Phone Systems
Oversee internal phone and internet systems, ensuring they operate efficiently. Coordinate upgrades and maintain all related equipment.
· Workplace Health & Safety (First Aid)
Ensure adequate first aid coverage across the site, maintain up-to-date training for first aid officers, monitor and restock first aid kits, and ensure all incidents are recorded and reported in line with requirements.
· Toolbox Meetings
Schedule, conduct, and document toolbox meetings. Address staff and management concerns and assist in implementing practical solutions.
· OSH Procedures
Maintain and update Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
· Staff Events & Culture
Coordinate staff events, including end-of-year functions, team-building activities, and workplace lunches.
· Operational Support
- Input and manage tooling within the company matrix and coordinate ordering as required
- Assist with inspection reports based on marked-up drawings (in progress)
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly company update communications for business growth and marketing (in progress)
