Role Overviews & Required Skills:
Admin / Records Officer:
- Manage timesheet approval processes
- Maintain accurate and compliant record‑keeping
- Ensure strong governance and documentation standards
Fleet Officer:
- Maintain and update the fleet register
- Oversee day‑to‑day fleet management
- Arrange vehicle inspections and servicing
- Complete insurance documentation and related paperwork
Stores Officer:
- Manage equipment within the QFly store
- Maintain stock levels, tracking, and equipment readiness
- Support logistics requirements during emergency response activities
- Forklift ticket - desirable
All require:
- Valid visa / residency status
- Similar experience
- NPC within 6months old
- Available duration of assignment full time hours
- Reliable with great communication skills
