Agility and flexibility
are important, as priorities can shift quickly.
Ideal background
: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant (EA) role is preferred, but strong admin or business support experience will also be considered.
Key duties include

- Diary management
- Secretarial tasks such as meeting preparation and recording actions
Excellent communication skills
are critical – both written and verbal.
Technical skills
:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- SharePoint experience is a bonus
- Experience with hospital systems like WebPas, DMR, RoStar is beneficial but not essential
