Summary of Duties
- Deliver high-quality customer service to WA vaccine providers and stakeholders.
- Monitor ordering trends and cold chain management to reduce vaccine wastage.
- Support public health units with thermal stability issues of vaccines.
- Review and improve vaccine management procedures and documentation.
- Maintain and communicate yellow fever-related policies and information.
- Provide data insights to support program and policy development.
- Identify and report significant issues or complaints in vaccine distribution.
- Share information on immunisation program changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in immunisation projects and undertake additional duties as needed.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Skilled in using databases, online ordering systems, and data tools (especially Excel).
- Proven ability to deliver proactive customer support.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
Desirable Criteria
- Understanding of the National Immunisation Program.
