  • Required: Current National Police Clearance

Potential candidates must be comfortable with the following:
*Moving records/boxes to and from different levels of the building. 
*Lifting boxes up to 16 kgs. 
Our client is seeking 2 highly proactive and motivated Information Management Officers to undertaking recordkeeping and information management activities. The candidate will have: 
  1. Ability to understand and apply legislation and policy to support government and organisational objectives.  
  2. Ability to conceptualise, analyse and evaluate information to develop practical solutions and make informed decisions.  
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including the ability to gain consensus and commitment from others and resolve issues and conflict.  
  4. Ability to deliver products and services to the required standards within the required timeframes.  
  5. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals manage and develop self and champion change. 
 
*Experience in Information Management or Recordkeeping preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. Timeliness: The successful applicant is expected to attend work in office between the normal working hours - 8:00 am – 4:00pm. The attendance is expected to be five (5) days per week Monday – Friday.  
  2. The successful applicant is expected to attend meetings when required, meets deadlines and proactively address issues and concerns that may arise during the contract.  
  3. Required tasks: The successful applicant is expected to perform the following responsibilities:  
*Indexing and registration of records/correspondence into EDRMS  
*File closure and sentencing of records (physically and electronically) 
*Updating working documents in MS Teams/ SharePoint  
*Moving records/boxes to and from different levels of the building.  
*Lifting boxes up to 16 kgs.  
*Other IM support duties as required.
