Senior Admin Officer
We’re currently seeking a high-level Administrative Support professional to join our Business Development team. This is a pivotal role, providing hands-on support across a range of BD activities during a time of team transition.
This is initially a temporary position for a few months, with the possibility of becoming permanent as we finalise the team structure.
We’re looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare budgets and proposals
- Analyse tender requirements and ensure proposals meet specifications, compliance standards, and deadlines
- Coordinate inputs from various teams across the organisation
- Maintain and update the CRM and tracking tools with opportunity status updates
About You:
- Proven experience managing proposals, bids, or similar documentation
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
- A background or interest in life sciences/health is ideal, but not essential
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running
