Duties:
Traffic Management Registration
- Assess and recommend applications for company registration.
- Manage complaints and monitor compliance with pay and condition elements.
- Analyse audit and registration data to identify risks and improvements.
- Coordinate audits in collaboration with PMO and RPI teams.
Contingency Planning & TGS Development
Draft base drawings and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) using CAD templates.
- Ensure TGSs include correct placement of detour and warning signs and control point locations.
- Perform preliminary risk assessments and document mitigation strategies
- Maintain CTMP Register and ensure accessibility via GIS and TRIM.
- Support the RPI Manager in plan sign-off and deviation approvals
Stakeholder Relationships
- Provide advice to Local Government, agencies, and industry professionals.
Leadership & Management
Contribute to Directorate performance targets and continuous improvement
Essential
- Considerable experience in traffic management planning and practices.
- Strong skills in investigation, analysis, and problem solving.
- Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
Desirable
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation.
- Experience with TRIM, GIS, and CAD systems.
