Rate: $35-$38 per hour + Super
Fulltime hours
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only - unfortunately client is not considering temporary visa holders
Please note should this position go permanent, the base annual rate would be $60,060 per annum. This is non-negotiable.

Requirements:

Really great customer service, empathy and discretion, they will be greeting and dealing with cancer patients and their families.
Happy to work in a front of house, quiet environment.
Great attention to detail, particularly for purchase orders
Health admin/reception background is desired but not essential
National Police Clearance check within last 12 months

Description of Duties:

Managing reception area, greeting patients, and checking them into the facility
Answering patient queries and redirecting them to the relevant team members
Handling delivery drivers and pathology vendors, directing them to the service door and communicating with relevant staff members
Supporting clinical trial activities, including quality checks of documentation
Collaborating with the accounts team to raise purchase orders and receipt goods

Please note should this position go permanent, the base annual rate would be $60,060 per annum. This is non-negotiable. Once in permanent position, there is the eligibility for salary packaging. Holiday entitlements are 5 weeks annual leave per year.
