$46+super (+penalty rates when applicable)
Must have or can apply for a police clearance

Prior experience working in a healthcare environment or front office experience desirable
Must be ok working in a hospital environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and family members in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Attend to the needs of patients’ families, providing information, reassurance, and directing them appropriately
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and courteously
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage basic billing tasks
  • Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required
