This role provides critical executive support to the Executive Director and leadership team within the Resourcing and Purchasing Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director and senior team members.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organise travel and accommodation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; prioritise, redirect, and follow up as needed.
- Liaise professionally with senior executives across government and non-government sectors.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including briefings, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain efficient filing, tracking, and information systems, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate functions, events, and hospitality arrangements.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support the development of improved processes across the team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive-level support, including diary management and document preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Sound analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
