Role Description:

• Assist various trades with day-to-day maintenance and general works within a hospital environment

• Support fault finding, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks across multiple trade areas

• Assist with basic installations, general maintenance, and site works as required

• Ensure tools, materials, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organised manner

• Work collaboratively with the facilities and maintenance team

• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and hospital procedures

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience as a General Handyperson, Trade Assistant, or in a similar role

• Construction White Card

• Full working rights in Australia

• National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)

• Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements

• Experience in hospital or large commercial environments is highly regarded

• Ability to assist multiple trades and adapt to a variety of maintenance tasks
