Our client is seeking someone for a newly created role to assist the Executive Officer for a busy State Government department.

  • CBD - St Georges Tce
  • 49- 55 hour + Super
  • Full time office hours Monday - Fridays (no WFH at this stage / 5 days is a must to start)
  • Start within next few weeks for 6 months with possible extension
  • Xmas holidays = off / office is shut between Christmas & NY

  • Busy role; mainly managing the diary and creating daily OneNote updates for the Executive.
  • You will be happy getting the teas and coffees, ordering catering and then learning and stepping up to cover for the Executive Officer in higher duties once comfortable in the role.

REQUIRED:

Recent experience in office support position / Reception or Admin roles looking to step up and gain experience in an EA role

Comfortable with MS Office and quick to pick up new systems

NPC within 6 months

Available full time hours

Great phone manner, lovely communication skills, well presented and keen to learn

Resident status - no visa restrictions
