DUTIES:
Coordinates the organisation’s state-wide maintenance program, including the preparation and management of the maintenance budget.
Manages the organisation’s state-wide leasing portfolio, including the coordination, preparation, and execution of lease agreements.
Prepares and presents the state-wide building maintenance program and associated budget.
Coordinates and manages the approved maintenance program through service arrangements, monitoring works for quality and timeliness, and implementing remedial action where required.
Manages the organisation’s property lease portfolio and liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborates with facility managers, staff, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders on leasing, maintenance, and property service matters.
Represents the organisation in meetings, discussions, and advisory forums relating to property leasing and maintenance issues.
Maintains the organisation’s property register and reconciles data with the asset management system.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and of high quality
- Strong administration skills and great communication skills are you will deal with disgruntled stakeholders in this role!
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance within 6 months old
