Duties: Accreditation Role
 
  • Liaise with Heavy Vehicle Services customer and respond to enquiries.
  • Enter audit details into RAVS for all types of audits.
  • Monitor and issue 28 days letters to operators regarding the cancellation of accreditation.
  • Enter Heavy Vehicle Pilot Licence information and issue a licence.
  • Enter intercept reports into RAVS.
  • ·Assist in conducting of random or triggered audits.
 
Customer Focused Service

  • Provide advice and assistance to the Heavy Vehicle Services Helpdesk in attending and resolving customer enquiries.
  • Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
  • Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers and offer accurate advice relating to content.
 
Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholder by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
  • Liaise with transport operators and government agencies on business related to WAHVA.
  • Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
  • Participate in and promote a culture of high ethical and professional standards with HVS.
  • Represent in a professional manner whilst attending external audits.
 
Conducting external audits

  • Perform time to time external audits which will involves travel from workplace to the field area and back to the workplace.
