Duties: Accreditation Role
- Liaise with Heavy Vehicle Services customer and respond to enquiries.
- Enter audit details into RAVS for all types of audits.
- Monitor and issue 28 days letters to operators regarding the cancellation of accreditation.
- Enter Heavy Vehicle Pilot Licence information and issue a licence.
- Enter intercept reports into RAVS.
- ·Assist in conducting of random or triggered audits.
Customer Focused Service
- Provide advice and assistance to the Heavy Vehicle Services Helpdesk in attending and resolving customer enquiries.
- Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
- Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers and offer accurate advice relating to content.
Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholder by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
- Liaise with transport operators and government agencies on business related to WAHVA.
- Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
- Participate in and promote a culture of high ethical and professional standards with HVS.
- Represent in a professional manner whilst attending external audits.
Conducting external audits
- Perform time to time external audits which will involves travel from workplace to the field area and back to the workplace.
