The Workplace Services Officer is responsible for assisting the Workplace Services Manager to deliver a contemporary, safe and secure workplace. The key focus areas of the position are to:
- Provide operational support for facilities management.
- Act as key contact for facilities related queries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the onboarding and exiting processes for staff and external contractors.
- Supports accommodations/building access control, corporate identification and security monitoring.
- Assists with the maintenance and replacement of physical assets including
vehicle fleet and non-ICT equipment.
- Supports the maintenance and replenishment of staff amenities inventories.
- Processes invoices and reimbursement claim requests to ensure proper and efficient operations of financial processes.
- Contributes to compliance and good governance relating the role’s areas of responsibility through adherence of agency policies and record keeping.
- Contributes to the review and continuous improvement initiatives, with an emphasis on simplifying processes and improving the customer experience.
- Assist with the set up and pack down of meeting rooms for training, functions and events.
- Other duties as required.
