Duties:
- Produce accurate and high‑quality word processing and data entry, including audio transcription.
- Prepare, format, and process confidential legal documents such as orders, decisions, and related materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Associate, including managing calendars, scheduling commitments, and coordinating daily workflow.
- Maintain well‑organised physical and electronic files and records in accordance with departmental standards.
- Provide administrative assistance across other areas of the Department when required.
- Prepare hearing and conference rooms for proceedings, ensuring all equipment, materials, and room setups meet required standards.
- Assist the Associate during hearings and conferences, and provide relief support when needed.
- Liaise professionally with parties involved in matters before the Commission on behalf of the Associate.
- Respond to enquiries regarding court practices and procedures in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.
- Conduct legal, industrial relations, and case‑related research to support the work of Chambers.
Required:
- Similar experience
- NPC within 6 months old
- Residency / Citizen - (no WHV)
