- Main point of contact for all incoming external enquiries. Maintains a log of calls received.
- Performs data entry to various databases for the Directorate.
- Assists in the receipting, processing and maintenance of confidential data and correspondence.
- Maintains the Directorate’s information resources through filing, photocopying, data-entry, business triage software maintenance, and responding to information requests from staff and clients.
- Performs word processing duties.
- Attends to public and client counter and telephone enquiries relating to all of the above.
- Provides support to the Directorate as required.
- Provides back up support to the Executive Support Officer and Project Officer. •
- Receives mail and incoming information for action/review by the Directorate and distributes to relevant officers.
- Provides back up purchasing and procurement support to the Support Officer.
- Provide liaison with other officers/branches, etc. on administrative matters.
- Provides support including management of electronic diaries, maintaining records and filing systems and photocopying.
- Provides input to and implements the knowledge bank as part of the Directorate’s business triage system.
- Performs other duties as directed
