for a Dispute Resolution Case Manager (L6)
based
at the William Street, Perth.
The suggested pay rate is $76.97 (L6)
an hour plus super.
All of our roles are temporary assignments and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements.
Attached is a JDF with full details but we are particularly interested in candidates who have:
· Experience in dispute resolution, mediation, or case management
· A legal background or strong understanding of legal frameworks
· Ideally, knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act (WA)
Role Overview
As a part of the team, the Case Manager will assist small business clients in resolving disputes affecting their business, including retail and commercial leasing disputes, unfair market practices, good and services disputes and business-to-government disputes. The Case Manager will provide general advice to each party to the dispute, facilitate discussions between them, and recommend external legal advice and/or mediation as required. The Case Manager will also assist with requests for assistance with disputes under the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985 (WA)
and provide the client with advice in regards to those disputes .
