Successful candidates will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including prosecutors, paralegals, counsel, court staff, defence representatives, and police.
Key Duties:

  • Coordinate scheduling and allocation of counsel for matters listed in the District Court, Supreme Court, and selected Magistrates Courts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date listing information in the case management system.
  • Manage a busy shared inbox, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external counsel, courts, police, and defence, directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Identify urgent or last-minute hearings and arrange appropriate coverage.
  • Support data entry and audit tasks, including updating outcomes, cross-checking court lists, and maintaining data integrity.

Required:

  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Confident using computers and processing high volumes of data accurately.

  • Able to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Capacity to work full-time is preferred; 4 days per week may be considered.

  • Applicants must have no visa restrictions, as future permanent opportunities may be available.

  • Recent NPC within 6 months old
