General Ledger and Chart of Accounts Officer (L4):
- Provides support on General Ledger activities including journal and allocation review and processing.
- Provides General Ledger processing advice to clients including on the chart of accounts.
- Supports monthly / yearly activities according to system procedures, processes and requirements.
- Maintains the Fixed Assets Register. Processes additions, transfers, revaluations and disposals. Coordinates stocktakes and processes stocktake results.
- Reconciles accounts, including to sub-ledgers and interface transactions including Fixed Assets.
- Supports activities related to the preparation of financial information for the Branch’s functions.
- Performs other duties as required
