Integrity Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join a well-established industrial operation. This role is responsible for ensuring the site's electrical safety, supporting plant reliability, and delivering continuous improvement through maintenance, commissioning, and project work.
Working closely with the Engineering and Maintenance teams, you will provide technical expertise, support plant upgrades, and help maintain compliance with all relevant electrical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure electrical safety across the site while meeting all regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Perform PLC fault finding, investigations, and repairs.
  • Support Engineering with the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.
  • Improve plant reliability through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop scopes of work and oversee system upgrades.
  • Provide technical leadership and support during equipment breakdowns.
  • Interpret and work from P&IDs, electrical panel drawings, single-line diagrams, and loop sheets.
  • Manage and execute allocated project tasks.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the CMMS and asset management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and legislation.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence .
  • Electrical Trade Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience with PLC fault finding and repairs.
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs, panel drawings, single-line diagrams, and loop sheets.
  • National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months
  • Experience working in industrial manufacturing, processing, mining, or heavy industry environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
