Clinical Research Centre drives scientific discovery through world-leading clinical trials and medical research. Our Early Phase Clinical Trial Centre in Joondalup is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Lead.
Your Role
As Project Lead, you will provide leadership to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials. Acting as the main contact for sponsors, you will manage stakeholder engagement, oversee risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project teams to meet milestones
- Ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs
- Supporting ethics submissions and research agreements
- Overseeing monitoring visits and managing queries
- Managing project budgets
- Collaborating with sponsors, monitors, and investigators
- Leading and developing team members
This full-time role is based in Joondalup and offered initially as a 12-month contract.
Your Experience
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification (Science or Business) and 2–3 years’ experience in a clinical trial environment. You bring strong problem-solving, project management, and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in the clinical, medical, or research sector and demonstrated leadership capability are essential.
