Integrity Industrial are seeking an experienced Materials Logistics Officer
to join a leading WA organisation. This is an immediate-start opportunity based at the Bayswater facility, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Materials and Logistics function.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of stock movements and materials management.
The Role
Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Receiving, storing and dispatching materials and equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Coordinating deliveries and freight movements
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control activities
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment where required
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding material requirements
- Processing transactions within inventory management systems
- Supporting warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
- Undertaking other duties as directed
About You
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, logistics or inventory role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with various departments
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist where required
Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
- Previous stores/warehouse experience
- National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen if required
