  • 3 x Community Engagement Officers(on board to assist with presentations, community events, and weekend market stalls) Start ASAP

  • 1 x Logistics Officer starting 1 May (someone who is resilient, can think for themselves and doesn't buckle under pressure)

  • 2 x Schedulers to start Tuesday 28 th working 8am - 4pm

These roles all go until the end of July with very likely extensions
Schedulers
Start: Tuesday 28th
Rate: $45/hr
Important: Must be available 8am–4pm . Phone lines must be covered at all times during this window.
Duties
  • Work with project managers and the team to map out project timelines and keep everyone aligned.
  • Help organise and allocate people, equipment, and materials so each task has what it needs.
  • Sort out scheduling or resource conflicts as they come up to keep the project moving smoothly.
  • Communicate with tenants about upcoming visits, answer questions, and adjust plans when needed.




Community Engagement Officers:
Start: ASAP
Rate: $50/hr + Super
Role: Support presentations, community events, and weekend market stalls.
Ideal for: Confident communicators who enjoy public engagement and can represent the organisation professionally.
Duties:
  • Represent the organisation at community events, presentations, and weekend market stalls
  • Engage confidently with the public, answer questions, and provide accurate information
  • Support the delivery of outreach activities to increase awareness and participation
  • Assist with setting up and packing down event materials and displays
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Maintain a professional, approachable presence in fast‑paced public settings
  • Adapt quickly to changing event needs and respond calmly under pressure
  • Collect feedback and relay community insights to the project team


Logistics Officer
Start: 1st May
Rate: $50/hr + Super
We need someone who:
  • Is resilient
  • Can think independently
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Duties:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery of equipment, supplies, and resources
  • Maintain accurate tracking of stock, movements, and documentation
  • Work closely with field teams to respond quickly to changing operational needs
  • Problem‑solve on the spot and make confident decisions under pressure
  • Manage time‑critical tasks with a high level of accuracy and urgency
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Support induction, setup, and mobilisation activities as required
  • Stay calm, resilient, and focused in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment


Mandatory Requirements for ALL roles:

  • Recent, similar experience
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Valid visa/work rights
  • Availability for full‑time office hours, Monday–Friday
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Commitment to the duration of the project (until end of July)
