  • 1 x Logistics Officer starting ASAP. Must be available to work 9am - 5pm Monday - Fridays.

  • 2 x Schedulers to start ASAP working 8am - 4pm Monday - Fridays.

These roles all go until the end of July with very likely extensions

Requirements:

  • Recent, similar experience
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Valid visa/work rights
  • Availability for full‑time office hours, Monday–Friday
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Commitment to the duration of the project (until end of July)

Schedulers
Start: ASAP
Rate: $45/hr
Important: Must be available 8am–4pm . Phone lines must be covered at all times during this window.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming public phone enquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Log service requests, issues, and complaints accurately
  • Assess, prioritise, and allocate jobs based on urgency and workflow
  • Schedule daily field tasks and coordinate with team members
  • Update schedules and job statuses as required throughout the day

Additional Requirements
  • Clear, confident, and professional phone manner
  • Strong ability to record, track, and prioritise incoming requests
  • Basic scheduling and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and active listening abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks

You will ideally have a background in customer service, sales support, reception, or a call centre.


Logistics Officer
Start: ASAP
Rate: $50/hr + Super

Looking for:
Must be available to work Monday - Fridays 9am - 5pm and this role will be 50% in an office 50% in the stores. Must have experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track supplies and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Process incoming orders and deliveries
  • Update and maintain inventory records
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, delays, and stock requirements
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to safety guidelines

Additional Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Accurate and reliable record‑keeping abilities
  • Ability to follow procedures consistently
  • Clear and effective communication skills
