In this role as a Manager Procurement
you will be tasked with working on significant strategic projects. Projects related to internal change as and where required.
This role manages complex, high-value procurement strategies and contracts to support the commissioning of major infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering seamless operational transitions through stakeholder collaboration and strategic sourcing.
To be considered you will be required to have :
- Extensive experience in category management, transition planning, and government tender processes, backed by strategic problem-solving.
- Ability to align operational tasks with organisational goals while providing clear purpose and direction to a team.
- Proven track record of managing project timelines, adapting to change, and ensuring high-quality outcomes through to completion.
- Skilled at building internal/external partnerships and leveraging diverse perspectives to foster a customer-centric culture.
- High level of self-awareness and ethics (Code of Conduct); remains composed under pressure and makes unbiased corporate decisions.
- Clear, persuasive communicator and negotiator capable of navigating complex issues to achieve mutually beneficial results.
