The Role:
Review, update and standardise Corporate Services policies and associated document to ensure currency, alignment and fit‑for‑purpose governance resources
- Review Corporate Services policies and procedures across CS business areas – a register is being compiled to inform the work.
- Prioritise by expiry date, risk rating and usage frequency.
- Work with SMEs to confirm required updates (legislation changes, whole of govt policy/internal changes) and which require higher level approvals if significant changes (handful will apply).
- Improve language if required and place in revised corporate templates being developed.
- Update the CS Register (ownership, status, approval pathway, version, next review date).
