The Role:
Review and improve Corporate Services intranet content. Corporate standards and a clear user experience that directs staff to the right support and documents. Intranet is built on Microsoft 365 SharePoint with Huddler
as the digital platform interface.
- Identify page owners (or SMEs) and set up review meetings
- Review intranet pages with relevant SME to align with Public Sector Reform and Organisational Change Program.
- Update business areas with revised structure, correct contact points, general page content review, any pages to be archived or moved.
- Track progress and provide regular updates as needed
