Our State Government client at is looking to hire a Manager – Customer Service
on a temporary assignment
- Hourly Rate:$76.97 per hour plus super (Level 6.1)
- Start Date:
- Assignment Length: 3 months (possible extension)
- Location: Perth CBD
All of our roles are temporary assignments and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements.
The client plans to run a permanent recruitment process concurrently.
In this role as a Manager – Customer Service
you will be tasked with leading a high-performing team through mentoring and training while managing complex regulatory matters and escalated cases.
Optimises service delivery by analysing data, managing resources and collaborating to meet strategic and compliance objectives.
To be considered you will be required to have :
