The role largely includes diary management, coordination of ministerials and correspondence, and support on small projects supporting the Office of the Executive Director.

• Undertakes system administrative activities to support the Directorate.
• Maintains systems and resources to assist with the provision of services and administration.
• Collects, compiles, inputs and analyses data from a variety of sources monitoring and analysing trends and issues.
• Assists team members with operational activities.
• Contributes to initiatives to maximise operational efficiency and compliance.
• Assists with key project activities including researching, analysing, and collating information, coordinating submissions, reports, presentations, speeches, briefings and responding to Executive requests.
• Provides confidential, efficient and effective administrative support to the Reform team.
• Prepares and collates high level correspondence, including agendas, papers and meeting minutes and ensures quality and consistency.
• Using various methodologies undertakes research, monitors and collects data, evaluates and analyses information to support development and implementation of the Directorate’s activities.
• Develops and maintains systems for collecting and analysing data and information.
