Specialist Services
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), including correspondence, briefings, scheduling, travel, and enquiry management.
- Manage office systems and workflows to ensure efficient divisional operations.
- Triage ICT issues, gather background information, prioritise matters, and follow up on behalf of the CIO.
- Monitor and administer the CIO’s contingency budget, including accounts, corporate card reconciliation, quotations, and travel expenditure.
- Conduct research and review relevant publications and media to inform decision-making.
Divisional Support
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with divisional goals.
- Support and participate in change management initiatives.
- Contribute to divisional committees and working groups as required.
Customer and Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with internal staff, Ministerial offices, other agencies, and the public on diverse and sensitive matters.
- Manage confidential enquiries with appropriate referral and timely responses.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communication networks.
- Promote strong customer service and continuous improvement.
- Maintain access to specialist knowledge through collaborative working relationships.
Selection Criteria
- Proven administrative and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills, including preparation of correspondence, minutes, and briefings.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Broad understanding of the ICT industry.
