Essential requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and of high quality
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise their workload
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Good Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience/exposure to Financial Management Accounting at 2024 PSGA L4 or a commensurate mid-level management level.
- Working knowledge of the public sector workers compensation claims process in relation to lost time claims.
- Ability to analyse and interpret excel payment recoup reports.
- Ability to compile statistical information and complete a written report on findings including recommendations as required
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2024.
- Experience in the use of Power BI reports
