Role 1 (Level 2)
- Administrative support for the Controlled Waste team within the Waste Assurance team.
- Data entry of controlled waste tracking forms (repetitive) with very detailed work instructions to assist.
- Once current backlog of data entry has been finalised, the role could also transfer to assist the licensing team with backlog of licensing requirements. Licensing is a more detailed process however there are again work instructions to support this function.
- Familiarity with the Controlled Waste Tracking system would be highly beneficial.
Role 2 (Level 2)
- Administrative support
- Finance back log - refunds of paid expired licences and other finance duties as required.
- Work instructions and guidance will be provided - role will support current finance officer for the team.
- Familiar with Tech One would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of Content Manager highly desirable.
