Role Summary
- Deliver customer-focused support for Digital Records Library and EDRMS.
- Log, triage, and resolve service requests using ITSM platforms.
- Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
- Manage user access for SharePoint Online and Content Manager (23.4).
- Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders.
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 SharePoint in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with IT service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, Jira).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience creating documentation and delivering training.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer support or IT service role.
- Knowledge of digital records management and related technologies.
- Experience creating or maintaining work instructions and procedural documentation.
