The Role:
The Change Management Support Officer supports the delivery of change management and training initiatives for the Invoicing and Accounts Payable Optimisation project. Working closely with the project team, the role contributes to stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination and change impact activities to support the successful adoption of new systems, processes and policies across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify risks, impacts and support requirements.
- Contribute to communication activities, including drafting content, coordinating distribution and capturing stakeholder feedback.
- Review and assist with testing training materials, user guides and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records and monitor feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.
- Respond to enquiries and provide guidance to staff during change implementation and training rollouts.
- Track project tasks and milestones, maintain accurate documentation and assist with project reporting and meeting papers.
- Support inclusive and accessible communication, training and engagement activities for stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professional, ethical and collaborative behaviours in line with departmental policies, values and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the team as required.
