We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to assist with our Travel Claims processing
on a full-time temporary basis for approximately two months
, starting as soon as possible
.
This role will focus solely on processing travel claims and is suitable for someone at Level 2
with strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering travel claim data into internal systems
- Reviewing previously submitted claims
- Calculating differences based on updated travel rates
- Updating and entering revised claim amounts
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries
About You:
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic calculations
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Available to work full-time for the 2-month period
- Must have a current Police Clearance
or be willing to apply for one
